Can I Cool The Body While Fasting?

Ramadan fasting in some parts of the world, has different natural conditions. Especially in tropical wiliayah, Muslims perform fasting during the dry season.

Imagine not eating and not drinking, in summer? Want to take a bath or cool off. So, can I cool the body when people fast? Some Muslims are confused about it.

Actually, cooling the body for a fasting person is okay. As the people of Rasu SAW l, we must know how Rasulullah SAW used to fast that faced with the sun's heat. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam never splashed water on his head because of heat or because his thirst when he was in a state of fasting.

Meanwhile, Sahabat Rasul SAW named, Ibn Umar once wetting his shirt in a state of fasting to reduce the feeling of very hot or because of the kahausan.

Referring from Rasulullah SAW and his companions, we can know that the moisture does not affect (fasting) because he does not enter through the mouth and not to the stomach.
